NFF blast Enugu Rangers

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has blasted the  Champions of the Nigeria Professional Football class, Enugu Rangers for their poor excursion on the continent.The Federation put a large portion of the fault on the administration of the club side.


Officers were sent packing by Zesco United in their play-off second leg at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium, Ndola, Zambia a weekend ago. Officers lost the second leg 0-3 to crash out on 5-2 total. Officers had misused a 2-0 lead in the principal leg to draw 2-2 two weeks prior in Enugu.

The Chairman of Technical and Development Committee of NFF, Barrister Chris Green, said that it was disillusioning Rangers couldn't live up  its rating as champions of the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) in CAF rivalries this year.
