Open letter to Enugu State Government- Onodugu Amagunze Nkanu

Facebook user Onodugu Amagunze Nkanu took to the social media to pour out the problem his people are passing through especially bad roads. He ask that the post is shared until it reaches the Enugu State government. Read below


His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi,
This is to plead with the Enugu state government and other good people of the state to help the people of Amagunze in Nkanu East LGA of Enugu state..
Amagunze is the bona-fide headquarters of Nkanu East LGA and it will surprise u to know that Amagunze is the only local government headquarters among the 776 local government areas in Nigeria,that doesn't have a good road leading to it.. Not to talk of dilapidated states of the schools and markets there.. No good water,  no electricity, no health centers, etc.... Pregnant women and children dies frequently due to lack of functional health centers and accessible roads...
Amagunze is between 3 to 4 kilometers from Akpugo...
Amagunze people doesn't bury their dead ones during rainy seasons unless the person died in the village because vehicles will never enter Amagunze...
They will have to wait till October when dry season will be approaching...
An ambulance conveying a dead body last July got sank in the mud and the coffin had to be carried home on the heads... Was it fair? No...
Amagunze has just witnessed two rain falls this year and the road is getting worst, how much more when they will have frequent rain falls? Chai..
Government of Enugu state came to Amagunze last year and promised us that work would commence last year and up till now nothing has been done on that road..
The stones that some concerned youth of Amagunze under the Whatsapp platform of (AGA), that were used to fill the worst portions of the roads were excavated by the caterpillar deployed to that road and after destroying the roads more, they left and since then we have not seen them again..
Does it mean that we no longer belong to Enugu state or what could be the reason for the outright and undeserved negligent towards Amagunze people?   Does it mean that we have not been participating fully doing elections and other activities in the state??
During campaigns, they will come to Amagunze and seek for our supports and after that they will disappear.. This is too bad..
Enugu state government, please do something very fast on that road unless u are ready to go on air and tell us that we have been isolated from the state....
