Enugu Rangers Coach, Imama Amapakabo's N1 Million-a-month deal expired on the day he led the club to victory after 32 years of waiting.
According to report it was understood that Amapakabo and his players took pay cuts, in their bid to end the long wait for the title.
It seems like Rangers is now in the move to reward him. Rumors have it that Coach might be going to South African club Chippa United and two NPFL teams, Enyimba and Kano Pillars are also in touch with him.
"There is no vacancy in Rangers. Imama is not going anywhere," Enugu State sports commissioner Charles Ndukwe insisted.
"And whatever any club is offering him, we will better it."
He is already planning to bring down his family to Enugu from Port Harcourt."
